All my houses were either built or remodeled by me in the last twenty years.
I own them, rent them out, and look after them myself. Each unit is clean
and well-equipped, and all are non-smoking. Some pets are allowed.
One of my houses in town is a duplex at 208 West Washington Street, six blocks from the Courthouse. The downstairs apartment has two bedrooms, and the upstairs, three. The other house is a two-bedroom at 9 Mound Street, three blocks from Court Street.
My country houses are all on McDougal Road off Route 550 toward Amesville,
about 12 minutes from Court St.
